These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Veyrateam LLC's website design and AI agent development services. By requesting a demo, signing a proposal, making a payment, or engaging Veyra Team for services, you agree to these Terms in full.
Veyra Team provides two categories of service:
Website and AI agent demos we provide before signing are previews for evaluation purposes only. Demo sites may use stock photography, placeholder content, or sample data, and are not a finished production deliverable.
Setup fees are due at signing, prior to work beginning. Monthly retainers are billed on a recurring basis starting at project delivery. Prices are provided in your specific proposal and signed agreement. Payments are processed through our third-party payment processor (Stripe); by making a payment you also agree to that processor's applicable terms.
The one-time setup fee (website deposit) is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
Once your setup fee payment is processed, work on your project commences immediately. This fee covers the design, development, and delivery of your custom website and cannot be reversed, refunded, or credited for any reason — including, but not limited to, a change of mind, a decision not to proceed, or dissatisfaction with the demo preview.
By submitting payment you expressly acknowledge and agree that the setup fee is non-refundable and you waive any right to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your card issuer or bank for this charge. Any chargeback filed against a legitimate, agreed-upon setup fee will be disputed by Veyrateam LLC with supporting documentation.
How cancellation works:
1. Notice period. You may cancel your monthly retainer at any time by providing written notice to partner@veyrateam.com. There is no long-term contract — submit your cancellation request in writing and it will be processed promptly.
2. No refunds after the first month. Monthly retainer payments are non-refundable after your first billing month. If you cancel mid-month or mid-cycle after month one, you remain paid up and your services stay active through the last day of the current billing period. No partial-month or mid-cycle refunds are issued.
3. First-month refund window. The first month's retainer is the only payment eligible for a refund. If you request cancellation within your first billing month, Veyrateam LLC will issue a full refund of that month's retainer payment. However, services will be terminated on the next business day following your written cancellation request — no grace period through the end of the month applies when a refund is issued. The one-time setup fee remains strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, regardless of when cancellation is requested.
4. Service termination. Upon termination — whether at the end of a paid period (months 2+) or on the next business day (first-month refund scenario) — Veyrateam LLC will cease managing, hosting, and maintaining your website. The website content (text and images supplied by you) remains yours to migrate to another host. Veyra Team bears no responsibility for the site's performance, security, or uptime after service termination.
Once services are terminated, reinstatement is subject to availability and a reinstatement fee.
If you wish to return to Veyra Team's managed services after cancellation, a one-time reinstatement fee of $300 applies, in addition to your monthly retainer at your original rate. No new setup fee is charged for reinstatement of a previously delivered website. Reinstatement does not guarantee the same pricing, availability, or turnaround time as your original engagement.
Any issues with your website that arise during the period after service termination (including but not limited to security vulnerabilities, broken functionality, hosting lapses, or third-party plugin failures) are outside Veyra Team's responsibility and will be assessed separately upon reinstatement.
By engaging Veyra Team and submitting payment, you agree to resolve any billing concerns directly with us at partner@veyrateam.com before initiating any chargeback or dispute with your card issuer or bank. Veyrateam LLC actively contests all illegitimate chargebacks and reserves the right to pursue outstanding balances, including legal fees, in the event of a fraudulent dispute.
Website projects are typically delivered within 14 days to 1 month of signing and receiving your content and photos, depending on scope and how quickly requested materials are provided.
Unless a separate written buyout agreement is executed, Veyra Team retains ownership of all website designs, code, templates, and creative assets developed under this agreement until the client has paid all outstanding balances in full. Upon cancellation with no outstanding balance, website content (text, images provided by the client) is transferred to the client; the underlying design, code, and templates remain the intellectual property of Veyrateam LLC.
By engaging Veyrateam LLC for web design or digital services, the client grants Veyrateam LLC a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display, reproduce, and reference the completed website and any related work product — including screenshots, live URLs, and design previews — in Veyrateam LLC's portfolio, marketing materials, case studies, social media, and promotional content, for the purpose of showcasing its work and attracting future clients. Veyrateam LLC will not disclose confidential business data (e.g., internal revenue figures or private analytics) without prior written consent, but may freely reference the client's business name, industry, and the visual design of the website. This license survives termination of the service agreement.
Veyra Team provides services on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee of specific business outcomes (e.g., search ranking, lead volume, or revenue). Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 30 days preceding the claim.
You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the link provided in any email, or by emailing us directly. We will honor unsubscribe and do-not-contact requests immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
Veyrateam LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
